The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Manager, Onboarding Operations, to lead critical operational functions supporting our rapidly growing network of 350+ healthcare providers across all 50 states. This role is essential to our scaling strategy as we continue to grow. You will own the end-to-end process of onboarding Allara providers, maintaining compliance with credentialing requirements, and maintaining strong relationships with providers and other key stakeholders.
Location: Hybrid SoHo office in NYC, at least three days a week (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday) with flexibility as needed OR Remote (U.S).
Your Impact
- Ensure providers are fully credentialed, maximized in payer enrollments, and ready to deliver care from day one, adapting credentialing priorities to support dynamic capacity needs.
- Direct and mentor a team of Specialists and Coordinators, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and high performance
- Maintain warm and engaging relationships with providers throughout the credentialing and onboarding process, ensuring timely and seamless transitions into care.
- Define project priorities, timelines, and KPIs, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule. Develop and maintain SOPs, QA measures, and dashboards for monitoring enrollment, licensing, and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve operational workflows and data management practices, and design and implement automations to foster process improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of healthcare operations experience, with at least 1 year in a management role
- Experience managing distributed healthcare provider networks (100+ providers preferred).
- Proven track record in operational analytics and KPI management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in multi-state telehealth, digital health, or virtual care operations strongly preferred.
- Experience with multi-state healthcare operations and provider network management.
- Experience with learning management systems or provider onboarding software solutions.

Compensation & Career Growth
- $75,000 - $85,000
Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to: candidate experience, education, certifications, and skill set. In addition to base salary, our total compensation package includes equity, comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision), generous paid time off, and additional wellness and professional development perks.
