Associate HR Business Partner

The Associate Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for managing recruitment and HR programs that support the organization’s talent and operational goals. Approximately 50% of the role is focused on full-cycle recruitment under the Talent Acquisition function, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, conducting 30/60/90-day check-ins, and supporting various training programs related to recruitment and onboarding.
In addition to recruitment responsibilities, this role manages several key HR programs, such as the Peer Program, Internship Program, Employee Referral Program, Performance Review Cycle with the support of the HRBP and the Senior Director, Recognition Program, and other initiatives as assigned by the supervisor. The Associate HRBP also provides day-to-day HR support to staff and plays a critical role in enhancing organizational performance through strategic hiring and effective program management.
Note: This position is considered Hybrid and will need to commute to ACOG's office located in Washington, D.C.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage company initiatives, programs, and policy changes while enhancing company culture.
- Oversee job postings, sourcing, offers, and onboarding activities.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to craft compelling and inclusive job descriptions that algin with organizational goals.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for hiring managers on best practices in talent acquisition, interviewing techniques, and employer branding.
- Work closely with the HR Business Partner and the Senior Director, Human Resources to administer peer review programs, referral program and performance review program.
- Manage accurate records in ATS (Greenhouse) and track key recruiting metrics.
- Serve as a backup and partner up with the HR Business Partner on various benefit programs provided by ACOG including medical, dental, leave of absence, disability, retirement, transportation subsidy, education assistance and worker's compensation.
- Partner up with the Senior Director, Human Resource to help to draft various internal employee communication.
- Enter employee data into HRIS and ensure compliance and data integrity with all record keeping and filing.
- Build morale, increase productivity and retention, and improve work relationships.
- Develop tailored training programs and ensure HR data/reporting is effective.
- Collect and maintain HR data related to compensation, benefits, training, and recruitment to help make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage the recruitment process by maintaining job descriptions for accuracy, facilitation of new hire orientation, updating new hire records.
- Work closely with the HR Business Partner on processing terminations and the employee separation process.
- Partner up with the Senior Director, Human Resources on various Employee Relations training, documentation, and data entry.
- Identify, track, monitor and communicate project-related issues and/or changes.
- Review work for continuous quality improvement opportunities.
- Oversee and manage HR Project tracker, weekly HR Agenda, HR Monthly Newsletter/Updates
- Facilitate monthly/or weekly HR reporting to departments such as IT and Payroll.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent years of experience in the HR related roles
- Minimum 3 years related experience
