Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Reproductive Endocrinologist (REI) to join our growing team in Manhattan (New graduates from Fellowship are encouraged to apply). The ideal candidate will have expertise in fertility evaluation, assisted reproductive technologies (ART), and management of complex reproductive endocrinology conditions. This is a unique opportunity to join a progressive fertility center known for its cutting-edge treatments and patient-centered philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive fertility evaluations, including hormonal assessments, diagnostic imaging, and interpretation of reproductive lab results.
• Develop and manage individualized fertility treatment plans involving ovulation induction, IVF, ICSI, egg freezing, PGT, and third-party reproduction.
• Perform and supervise reproductive procedures such as oocyte retrievals, embryo transfers, hysteroscopies, and intrauterine inseminations (IUIs).
• Diagnose and treat reproductive endocrine disorders such as PCOS, endometriosis, premature ovarian insufficiency, and male/female infertility.
• Collaborate with embryologists, andrology and IVF laboratory teams, and other fertility specialists to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care.
• Counsel patients with empathy regarding fertility preservation, reproductive genetics, and complex fertility challenges.
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation according to clinic and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI).
• Must hold or be eligible for a New York State medical license.
• Strong clinical background in fertility treatments, IVF, and reproductive endocrinology.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Commitment to innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning in a fast-paced fertility practice.
