Role & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based reproductive medicine and surgery, especially Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART).

Requirements

• Education: MD (Board Certified or Board Eligible in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility).
• Experience: Open to recent fellowship graduates and seasoned physicians.
• Character: Passionate, growth-minded, and committed to physician-led medicine.

Compensation & Benefits

At NDFC, compensation isn’t one-size-fits-all. We offer flexibility so you can design a package that aligns with your goals:

• Base Salary: Competitive range of $500,000 – $700,000, commensurate with experience.
• Day-One Equity: Immediate ownership stake — no 3–5 year delay, no corporate gatekeeping.
• Flexible Tracks:
  • Track A (Salary-Focused) → Higher guaranteed base pay with a smaller equity share.
  • Track B (Ownership-Focused) → Lower base pay with a larger equity stake and long-term upside.
• Bonus & Profit Sharing: Additional earnings directly tied to your success and clinic growth.
