About Think Fertility
Think Fertility is a young, fast-growing and physician-led fertility practice. Our model is centered around three core values: Science, Service, and Success - and we are looking for a like-minded Reproductive Endocrinologist to join our mission.
Science - We are relentlessly focused on clinical excellence. Our care is evidence-based, data-informed, and continuously evolving. We encourage innovation, support exploration, and equip our physicians with tools and autonomy to practice medicine at the highest level.
Service - We believe exceptional care starts with genuine connection. Our patient experience is personal, transparent, and compassionate. We ensure that every patient feels heard, respected, and supported.
Success – At Think Fertility, success goes beyond pregnancy rates. We define it through the growth, development, and fulfillment of our entire team, as well as trust and outcomes we deliver to our patients. We believe that investing in the professional and personal achievement of our physicians and staff is essential to building a sustainable, high-impact practice. When our people thrive, our patients succeed.
.
Why join us?
Think Fertility offers something refreshingly different from many clinics:
- Physician-Led and independently owned: Our leadership and decision-making come from the people who care for patients.
- Sustainable Growth with Integrity: We are growing rapidly but intentionally, choosing team members who share our commitment to high-touch, evidence-based medicine.
- Autonomy and Impact: As part of a nimble, innovative practice, you’ll have a real voice in shaping clinical protocols, patient experience, and organizational culture.
- Excellent compensation and performance-based bonuses: As an early clinical leader, you will have opportunity to achieve Think Fertility partnership.
The Opportunity
You will play a key role in not just providing comprehensive fertility care but also contributing to ongoing clinical innovation as we expand our footprint. You’ll help shape the growth of our practice and participate in refining protocols, mentoring team members, and elevating the standard of care.
.
Requirements
Education: MD or DO (Board Certified or Board Eligible in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility).
Experience: Experience in practicing REI is preferred. Open to upcoming fellowship graduates.
