We have an opening for a Physician Recruiter to join the Axia Family.

Essential Functions:

• Partners with physicians and executive leaders to develop opportunity profiles and recruitment plans and strategies.
• Sources candidates using standard and creative strategies. Primary sourcing responsibilities will be contacting developed and undeveloped leads through cold calling, social media, and emailing.
• Maintains and develops pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
• Conducts screening interviews via phone, virtually, or in-person.
• Qualifies or rejects candidates based on CV reviews and/or interview feedback.
• Participates in conferences, job fairs, and physician recruitment opportunity events.
• Strives to network and connect with all relevant specialty associations, residency programs, and physician recruiting resources for lead generation purposes.
• Actively pursues prospective candidates with integrity and a mission of exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university required, MHA preferred.
• 5+ years Recruiting experience OR a strong background in the healthcare field required.
• Prior sourcing experience using various job boards such as LinkedIn and Indeed preferred.
• Experience recruiting in the PA & NJ markets preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to proactively prioritize.
• Strong desire to succeed and self-motivated mentality .
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication skills.
