We are currently seeking a full-time Healthcare Recruiter to join our recruiting team.
The Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for the full cycle recruitment of full time, part time and prn healthcare professionals for Axia Women’s Health care centers and MSO located throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Indiana and Kentucky. Positions include non-clinical & clinical roles and are not limited to Certified Medical Assistants, Patient Service Representative, Nurses, Sonographers + more.
Essential Functions
- Utilize creative sourcing techniques to attract a diverse pipeline of candidates, including social media, online job boards, resume mining, referrals, cold calling, networking, career fairs, and conferences.
- Maintain and update all job postings across internal systems, external platforms, and relevant publications.
- Provide candidates with a professional introduction to Axia Women’s Health by presenting clear and concise information on job opportunities, organizational culture, and mission.
- Support interview logistics by coordinating and scheduling pre-screening calls, phone interviews, and on-site or virtual interviews.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry of all candidate activities in the Applicant Tracking System (UKG Pro)
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for all phases of the recruitment process in accordance with compliance and internal standards.
- Collaborate with the Recruiting Manager on special projects and talent attraction initiatives, including job fairs, conferences, academic events, and employer brand efforts.
- Provide support during onboarding activities, including communication with new hires and coordination of pre-employment requirements.
- Foster positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and professional recruitment experience.

- Demonstrated ability to recruit for various levels of healthcare including clinical and non-clinical roles
- Highly organized and customer service focused with ability to adjust to shifting priorities
- Ability to communicate effectively with HR Business Partners, Office Managers, Operations Managers, Recruiting Manager and all levels of colleagues
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines
- Must be able to express clear and concise ideas in a written and verbal format
- Must be able to work independently and follow-up with Manager appropriately
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and high level of interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel/Outlook/Word.
Experience and Education:
- Minimum 5 years Healthcare Recruiting experience in a high volume setting
- 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required; healthcare recruitment experience strongly preferred.
- Completion of High School / GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) required; UKG Pro experience a plus.
- Proven success sourcing and engaging candidates through a variety of channels (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks, career fairs, etc.).
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment preferred.
- Strong understanding of clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles, credentialing, and compliance requirements a plus.
Pay or shift range: $70k - $95k
The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
