About the Role:
The Clinical Lab Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of laboratory operations for andrology and endocrinology testing in the CCRM Fertility lab. This position is responsible for overseeing laboratory staff, managing workflow, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The supervisor will also be instrumental in implementing quality control measures and optimizing laboratory processes to enhance service delivery. By fostering a collaborative environment, the supervisor will support the professional development of team members while maintaining high standards of patient care. Ultimately, this role contributes to the overall mission of providing reliable and timely laboratory results that inform insurance decisions and improve client outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Chemistry, Biology or a related field (qualified for high complexity testing)
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Familiarity with andrology (semen analysis, IUI prep) and endocrinology (hormone testing)
Preferred Qualifications:
- MLS or MLT
- TS licensure
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the clinical laboratory, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

- Prepare and maintain documentation related to laboratory operations, including reports and compliance records.
