Barista Kiosk Attendant

The Barista/Kiosk Attendant is responsible for retail selling of prepared food and the preparation of a variety of coffee beverages; preparation and re-sale of hot and cold beverages, including bottled and canned drinks. This position requires heavy customer contact and excellent customer service skills. A positive attitude is required at all times to assure a positive customer/patient experience. He/she reports directly to the Executive Director and takes direction from the Medical Director and Practice Assistant as needed.

CCRM is currently comprised of eleven locations spanning the U.S and Canada with growth planned for continued network development on a domestic and international basis.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Preparation of hot and cold beverages.
- Preparation of prepared food for re-sale.
- Accurate cash handling and money exchange for the customer.
- Accurate reconciliation of all cash and money at the end of each day.
- Timely opening and closing of kiosk, as scheduled.
- Cleaning and sanitation of kiosk area and equipment, as required.
- Consistent and timely attendance.
- Provide excellent customer service on a daily basis.
- Timely attention to customers who need service.
- Attention to inventory supplies on hand and re-order/purchase of supplies in a timely manner.
- Maintain a positive and respectful relationship with customers, staff and physicians.
- Maintain professional demeanor and dress when at work.
- Demonstrate ability to handle stress under pressure.
- Demonstrate the ability to learn and use technical equipment (espresso machine, etc.).
- Maintain a clean, healthy, and safe work environment.
- Demonstrate the ability to coordinate multiple activities while paying attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Participate in scheduled meetings and training as requested.
- Support the goals of the organization.
- Other duties as assigned.

Pay Range
$16.00 - $20.00
REQUIRED QUALIFICATITONS
- No license required.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Some college or other related experience preferred.
- Previous barista/kiosk experience preferred.
- Must be able to accurately exchange money with customers.
- Must be able to accurately reconcile all cash and money at the end of the business day.
- Strong computer skills, ability to use basic office equipment.
- Strong ability to follow procedures and protocols is essential.
- Must be organized with a strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, have strong attention to detail, and a strong ability to utilize time efficiently.
- Must have a strong ability to act independently as well as be able to work effectively in a team.
- Must have excellent customer service skills, exhibiting courteous, compassionate, and respectful treatment of internal and external customers at all times.
- Must consistently display a positive attitude and flexibility in changing situations.
- Must have excellent communication skills and make it a priority to consistently communicate positively and professionally with all staff members, physicians and patients.
- Must demonstrate the ability to be a team player and possess a willingness to perform duties that are assigned or delegated in a timely manner.
- Participate in identifying problems and suggesting solutions.
- Maintain confidentiality of all work information.
- Maintain strict confidentiality for all patient and clinic information, consistent with established security and confidentiality policies and HIPAA regulation at all times.
- Understand and assess for domestic violence and child abuse issues and reporting responsibilities. Will report concerns to Medical Director or Executive Director.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office and clinical setting with frequent use of equipment, supplies and materials. This role routinely uses standard office equipment and equipment in the kiosk.
The duties of this position involve occasionally exerting 75 pounds of force, and/or up to 35 pounds of force frequently.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, see, and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; will occasionally sit and/or walk; use hands and fingers to grasp, pick, pinch, type; and reach with arms and hands. Employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: operation of standard office machines and kiosk equipment.
