About the Role:

Executive Coaching is a new offering from Chief that allows members to work individually with a certified executive coach on specific professional goals. The Coaching Operations Associate supports the delivery of the Executive Coaching program and ensures a best-in-class experience for both members and coaches.

This is a contract position running through June 2026.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the successful onboarding of members to the coaching program

  • Use a data-driven approach to select coaches for each member

  • Respond to member and coach inquiries in a timely fashion

  • Collect, analyze, and distribute member feedback

  • Aid in scheduling of sessions as needed

  • Reports on metrics associated with the coaching program, including timing and volume of sessions

What You’ve Done and Enjoy Doing:

  • Detail-oriented and hyper-organized, you have a system to keep track of anything and everything

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Experience working in Excel

  • Methodical, determined, and dedicated to the project at hand

  • A ‘no task is too small’ attitude

  • High-energy, flexible, and excited to learn and roll up your sleeves in a startup environment; previous startup experience a plus

  • Passion for the Company’s mission, positioning and brand — to empower women in business and spark change from the top
