About the Role:
The Clubhouse Associate will be responsible for all administrative duties at our NYC Clubhouse, including greeting guests, managing office supply inventory, maintaining common spaces, and creating a positive clubhouse experience for Chief members and their guests.
What You’ll Do:
Greet and check in all Clubhouse visitors, acting as the go-to for any requests and questions
Own Salesforce emails concerning Clubhouse Operations
Maintain reservation profiles, RSVP lists, and Clubhouse signage
Coordinate all Meeting Room booking requirements, including setup needs and catering arrangements
Manage Clubhouse vendor communication
Purchasing office supplies
Build and update local ops notion pages
Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the clubhouse, including outside areas
Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports
Complete the Clubhouse opening and closing checklist
Other ad hoc projects as needed
