As one of the world’s leading women’s health platforms, Clue supports over 10 million monthly active users in understanding their bodies and living more in sync with their biology. With strong momentum behind us and a clear ambition for what comes next, we now have the opportunity to sharpen how we turn vision into impact at scale.
To help lead this next chapter, we’re looking for a VP of Product.
This is a senior leadership role with broad scope across Product, Design, UX, and Localization, with the opportunity to grow further over time. You will shape how strategy becomes clear direction and disciplined execution across the organisation, set the bar for how we prioritise and deliver, and lead a multi-disciplinary team working at the core of our user experience.
You’ll report to the CPTO and work in close partnership with the CEO and the wider executive team, helping define and drive the product agenda as we scale our impact globally.
WHO YOU ARE
You're a product leader who's equally strong on vision and execution. You can set direction and then make it real by turning strategy into goals teams understand and deliver against. You're an exceptional communicator and stakeholder manager, at ease holding alignment across a wide org and a demanding executive team. You bring a deep toolkit of prioritization and operating techniques and the judgment to know which to use when. You lead at altitude but stay close to the work, and you're as comfortable in real product thinking as in management. You're looking to grow, and you see a path beyond this role.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead product strategy and execution across the organization, translating direction into clear goals teams can deliver against.
- Set the standard for how the product org plans, prioritizes, and operates, bringing rigor and a strong operating rhythm.
- Lead and grow a multi-disciplinary organization spanning Product, Design, UX, and Localization, with room for the scope to expand.
- Drive alignment across competing priorities, technical realities, and company goals.
- Partner closely with the CPTO, CEO, and executive team to shape and deliver the product agenda.
- Stay grounded in user insight and discovery so decisions reflect a real understanding of our users.
WHAT YOU BRING
- A strong track record leading product organizations and building the operating model that turns strategy into delivery.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management across internal teams and senior leadership.
- A broad, well-practiced prioritization and product-operations toolkit, applied with good judgment.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across product and adjacent functions such as design, UX, or localization.
- Hands-on product depth; you do the work, not just oversee it.
- A data-driven, analytical approach to defining success, weighing tradeoffs, and sequencing work.
