● Support preparation of board materials, fundraising documents, diligence requests, and other investor-facing deliverables.
● Partner with Corporate G&A teams (Tech, People, Legal, Finance, and others) to analyze operating costs and support annual planning, forecasting, and ad hoc modeling.
● Manage corporate expense consolidation and enhance cash forecasting for Curology entities.
● Design and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance and drive decision-making across functions.
● 3–5+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, Sales Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, and/or Consulting.
● Advanced financial modeling skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (you love a clean, dynamic model).
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured approach to ambiguity.
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally.
● Proven ability to distill complex financial topics into clear insights and recommendations.
● Highly organized, self-motivated, intellectually curious, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
