As we embark on this exciting new transitional chapter, this role will play a pivotal part in helping to define and deliver our vision across international markets.
Job Overview
The UK is our #1 international market (outside of the US) and has been a strong focus for us. We have developed quality partnerships with premium retailers in the mother and baby or health categories but we believe there’s a lot more we can do. Now that we are joining forces with Willow, our range will be quickly expanding and we have a lot of new opportunities in new sales channels. We are looking for an experienced key account manager to keep nurturing our existing accounts and expand the range with them but also lead our development and growth into new channels.
You will be responsible for expanding the range (with many new launches in 2026) and developing further our collaboration with UK existing accounts to reinforce our partnership and presence within our historic channels collaborating with the operations and marketing teams to devise, execute sales strategy and joint business plans.
You will be in charge of leading our expansion into new sales channels in the UK looking for opportunities and collaborating with all business functions to identify and execute the right commercial and marketing strategies to efficiently convert them.
There will be further opportunities to grow the role outside of the UK supporting the international commercial team with new markets.
You’ll have the freedom to apply your initiative, expertise and experience in sales and account management, with a focus on FMCG goods to help us drive our business. This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative Femtech business and shape how we define the next stage of our success.
Location: Hybrid - The role will be hybrid working, a mix of working from our London or Bristol office & working remotely.

What you’ll be doing:
Key account management for existing customers
- Build and execute our commercial, sales and channel strategy for UK market
- Work closely with the marketing team to deliver retail activation and brand excellence
- Coordinate with D2C & Amazon KAMs for promo/commercial strategy in the UK market
- Day-to-day management of existing UK key accounts (JL, Boots, M&P, Next, Harrods, Ocado) & ensuring the execution of JBPs
- Manage reporting / forecast and trading for existing customers
- Prepare and execute new launches with existing UK key accounts (Rise, new Consumer Goods range)
- Take-over management of Ireland distributor to align IE strategy with UK OR take-over management of IE key accounts to drive direct sales
Sales development / growth
- Define new channel / growth strategy based on new range and product line
- Identify / scope / size new business opportunities in the UK market with a focus on grocery channel
- Lead GTM strategy and operations for these new channels coordinating with marketing, finance and operations teams
What we’re looking for:
- Ideally a minimum of 5 years experience as key account manager for consumer-facing brands
- Ideally experience in the FMCG category / tech, pharma or beauty segments
- Experience both in customer acquisition and retention
- Strong negotiation skills & ability to lead customers
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
