  • Design and recommend flexible staffing and scheduling models to adapt to demand variability while supporting our ability to maintain high-quality patient care.

  • Conduct supply and demand scenario modeling to evaluate the workforce impact of business changes such as new service lines, growth initiatives, or shifting demand patterns.

  • Partner cross-functionally to align workforce strategies with broader organizational goals, including identifying opportunities to shift from manual processes to automation.

  • Continuously improve workforce planning processes, tools, and models to enhance scalability, efficiency, and decision-making.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Experience in building and maintaining staffing models using SQL and AI.

  • Highly analytical thinker with strong business acumen and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and effectively collaborate cross-functionally.

  • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and is capable of building scalable systems from the ground up.

  • Prior experience in healthcare is highly preferred.

Benefits

Time Off:

  • Flex PTO policy (3-5 wks/year recommended) + 11 paid company holidays.
