As such, on top of a competitive market bench-marked salary, we offer private healthcare, fertility support and other benefits.

About the Role
Remote within Eastern or Southern U.S. region up to 70% travel
We’re looking for a highly personable, operationally strong, and results-driven Regional Provider Network Manager to oversee clinic partnerships across the East and South/Southeast regions. You’ll be the face of Gaia to clinics across these markets—responsible for onboarding, relationship management, performance tracking, and growth.
This role is perfect for someone who is relationship-obsessed, thrives in fast-moving environments, and loves seeing their impact reflected in referral growth and clinic satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Clinic Onboarding & Relationship Management
Ensure smooth clinic onboarding, including system setup, access, and training.
Organize and lead kickoff meetings, team training, and marketing introductions.
Provide clinics with marketing resources and coordinate additional requests.
Maintain ongoing engagement through monthly performance reviews, feedback sessions, and visibility audits.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clinics: resolving issues, unblocking workflows, and maintaining proactive communication.
Keep clinics excited about Gaia with creative touchpoints such as seasonal outreach, holiday campaigns, swag, and in-office visits.
Performance & Growth Strategy
Track, analyze, and report on clinic performance using dashboards and key metrics (referrals, conversions, activation rates, etc.).
Identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement based on data, feedback, and observed clinic behavior.
-
Translate clinic needs into clear recommendations for marketing, operations, product, and leadership. This includes:
Differentiating between explicit requests and the deeper root challenges
Prioritizing based on business impact—not reacting to noise or isolated concerns.
Raising insights that help shape Gaia’s strategy across IVF, egg freezing, and clinic workflows.
As the closest point of contact with clinics, you will need to distill high-quality insights, ensuring that priorities align with broader business goals rather than reacting impulsively to every request.
Engage in thoughtful investigation, ask the right questions, and separate urgent needs from minor concerns—helping the team focus on impactful improvements rather than isolated issues.
Build trusted relationships with all levels of clinic staff—from front-desk coordinators and financial counselors to practice managers, physicians, and C-suite executives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Provider Growth, Product, Operations, and Member Growth.
Travel & In-Person Engagement
Visit every newly onboarded clinic within the first 60 days to build relationships, complete workflow validation, and drive early adoption.
Conduct ongoing in-person visits every ~3 months to strengthen partnerships, address challenges, and spark referral momentum.
Represent Gaia at industry events, conferences, and regional gatherings where clinic partners may be present.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Referral Activation: You will own referral activation end-to-end—from onboarding workflows to engagement strategies, marketing alignment, and in-person visits that spark momentum.
Clinic Satisfaction (CSAT): Strong relationship health, responsiveness, and partnership trust.
Operational Excellence: Smooth onboarding and consistent adherence to agreed workflows.
Engagement Cadence: Monthly check-ins, quarterly visits, and timely follow-ups.
You'll be great if you
Bring 4+ years of experience in provider network management, ideally in the fertility industry.
Ability to influence and drive decision making among all levels of stakeholders, including frontline staff and C-suite executives.
Have a knack for creating and optimizing processes that drive efficiency and results.
Love using data and insights to guide strategy and improve performance.
Are a creative problem-solver who digs deep to uncover real needs and craft meaningful solutions.
Excited and willing to travel regularly throughout the territory, including overnight and some weekend trips, to build strong in-person relationships.
Experience in healthcare sales is a plus
Work Environment
This is a field-based role. You’ll work in fertility clinic settings, travel frequently, and collaborate virtually with your team. We support flexible work and provide tools to help you succeed.
