About the Role:
We are looking for a senior strategic operations professional who will lead key operational initiatives to expand the care delivered through the Hims & Hers platform. Reporting to the Associate Director of Operations, you will contribute to shaping strategies for a newly launched initiative focused on delivering empathetic support and care. Your role will involve identifying opportunities for improvement and developing scalable operational processes to ensure a high-quality experience for both patients and providers. This role is highly collaborative and cross-functional.
You Will:
- Work closely with the Care Operations leadership team, helping to identify, scope, and execute upon key business initiatives for Hims & Hers.
- Identify issues, develop hypotheses, and execute in-depth analyses to translate data into meaningful insights and make recommendations to the Care Operations leadership team based on your findings.
- Turn recommendations to results by executing on action plans and project managing.
- Develop and promote processes to facilitate streamlined work for the Care Operations team and cross-functional partners
- Partner with Analysts to perform exploratory analysis & in-depth research on data to help uncover high impact opportunities to meaningfully improve business KPIs
- Partner closely with clinical teams to tackle strategic projects to increase compliance, patient safety, and improve the customer experience.
- Challenge status quo: initiate and debate key strategic topics and opportunities from your team’s work, and drive bold high-impact decisions.

You Have:
- 5+ years of experience leading operations and/or customer success at a high-growth healthcare company.
- Success in analytical and operations roles within a rapidly growing company: Ability to balance quantitative and qualitative inputs for rapid, accurate decision-making and execution
- Deep interest in research and data analysis, with a proven track record of drawing actionable insights from data, such as Excel or Looker (or other equivalent platforms).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience presenting to cross-functional, technical and non-technical stakeholders in easily understood formats.
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate clearly with team members and supervisors, demonstrating good judgment in day-to-day decision-making.

Outlined below is a reasonable estimate of H&H’s compensation range for this role for US-based candidates. If you're based outside of the US, your recruiter will be able to provide you with an estimated salary range for your location.
The actual amount will take into account a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and location. H&H also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package that may include an equity grant.
