About the Role:
We believe innovation happens when our team is able to move quickly, efficiently, and decisively. In this role, it will be your mandate to help our engineering and product teams do just that.
We are looking for a Sr. Technical Program Manager to help execute our strategy for our Pharmacy Engineering teams. You will work closely with leaders, stakeholders, and individual contributors to understand our roadmaps, priorities, and architecture to facilitate alignment. You will leverage your experience and skills to move quickly, efficiently, and decisively to connect the dots, ensure nothing falls between the cracks, and help our team deliver.
You Will:
Drive the execution and delivery of multiple complex technical programs, strategic growth initiatives, and operational strategies that increase efficiency and productivity
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
Track and manage project risks, dependencies, status, and deliverable timelines
Ensure robust quality assurance and release management processes are in place
Lead planning, prioritization, and status meetings with stakeholders at a regular cadence
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders to drive project success
Drive continuous process improvements and best practices to create robust, predictable, and effective product delivery
Establish mechanisms to optimize team effectiveness
Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies
Identify impediments the team experiences and work with stakeholders to address them
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and impact
Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on program status, progress, and outcomes
Own the communication and alignment of release dates
Collaborate with other technical program managers to highlight dependencies with different domains
You Have:
Have 8+ years of relevant experience working with engineering teams to ship complex backend and frontend software
Familiar with backend and frontend software development technologies and can help evaluate tradeoffs between different solution paths
Ability to influence without authority
Strong project management skills with attention to detail and experience in managing multiple projects and meeting ongoing and overlapping deadlines
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex technical programs
Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in agile, scrum and lean development
Ability to dive deep into technical details and understand complex systems to drive effective decision-making
Strong understanding of engineering operations, including process optimization and best practices
Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
Excellent skills in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks.
Strong sense of ownership

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent writing, oral, and presentation skills
Experience with data-driven decision-making and metrics-driven program management
Nice to Have:
Experience in software engineering, computer science, or another related technical field.
Experience working in telehealth
