About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate, high-urgency Recruiter to help us rapidly scale our Pharmacy and Fulfillment Operations teams, with a laser focus on building a grassroots local recruiting engine that connects directly to the talent we need.
This is not a passive sourcing role. You’ll be embedded in the business, building community partnerships, launching local campaigns, and owning the end-to-end hiring process for high-volume roles. You’ll operate with urgency, creativity, and a data-driven mindset to ensure we hit our aggressive hiring goals without sacrificing quality.

This is a contract role can be located in either our Gilbert, AZ or New Albany, OH sites and will report directly to the Sr. Manager of High-Volume Recruiting.
No relocation is provided, you must live in the greater Phoenix, AZ or greater Columbus, OH area.

You Will:
Build and maintain a grassroots recruiting network in local markets including partnerships with local organizations, workforce development programs, schools, and community/referral networks.
Own end-to-end recruiting for pharmacy techs, pharmacists, fulfillment roles and other high-volume positions.
Partner directly with business leaders and hiring managers to build hiring plans, align on profiles, and execute quickly
Launch and manage local events, outreach campaigns, and digital activations to generate qualified pipelines.
Deliver an excellent candidate experience, with fast turnaround, proactive communication, and zero drop-off.
Analyze funnel data to identify what’s working and what is not, adapting strategies in real-time.
Coaching hiring managers on interview best practices, speed, and decision making.
Operate with a “field first” mindset, close to the work, close to the teams, close to the talent.
You Have:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in recruiting, workforce development, or high-volume hiring environments.
3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, with a focus on high-volume roles (hourly, fulfillment, or frontline operations preferred).
Proven Track record building local pipelines or community-based outreach strategies.
Clear communicator who can influence at all levels, from hourly candidates to senior ops leaders.
Data-literate, you don’t just track numbers, you act on them
Experience negotiating and closing complex compensation packages
Comfortable in dynamic, scaling environments, you’re not thrown off by change, you lead through it.
