About the Role:
At Hims & Hers, we’re building a world-class Talent Acquisition function that powers our growth and reflects our values at every stage of the hiring process. We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support our corporate functions including Legal, Finance, Marketing, Creative, Engineering, Executive hiring and more! This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, values precision, and is obsessed with delivering seamless, white-glove candidate experiences.
This isn’t your average scheduling role. You’ll be at the heart of a dynamic recruiting team, partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, executive assistants, and leadership to orchestrate complex interview processes and ensure a thoughtful, streamlined experience for all stakeholders. This is a 6-month, temp-to-hire role with the potential to be extended or converted to a full-time position.
Why this role is Important:
Recruiting Coordinators are the engine behind great hiring. At Hims & Hers, this role ensures our recruiting process runs with precision, speed, and care, so candidates feel valued, interviewers stay focused, and recruiters can operate at their highest level. Your work directly impacts our ability to scale exceptional teams and deliver a hiring experience that reflects the bar we hold across the company.
You Will:
Own full-cycle scheduling across a wide range of corporate roles, managing complex panel logistics across multiple time zones and stakeholder calendars.
Deliver an exceptional, high-touch experience for candidates and internal stakeholders, especially when supporting executive and senior-level hiring.
Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and executive assistants to anticipate scheduling needs, resolve conflicts, and maintain momentum throughout the hiring funnel.
Drive operational excellence by supporting ATS hygiene (Ashby preferred), ensuring interview details are up to date, accurate, and communicated clearly.
Support recruiters with logistics, interviewer prep, reminders, and thoughtful communications to ensure readiness across the board.
Identify process improvements across coordination workflows and candidate experience, then lead the way in implementing them.
Collaborate with TA Ops to support automation initiatives and system integrations to enhance speed and efficiency.
Assist with reporting, metrics, and performance tracking to help drive data-informed hiring decisions.
Contribute to hiring events, onsite logistics, or special projects as needed.
You Have:
2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or scheduling, ideally supporting corporate functions or executive-level hiring in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
Polished, proactive communicator – written, verbal, and interpersonal – comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including the C-suite and their executive assistants.
Mastery of GSuite and familiarity with ATS platforms (Ashby a strong plus); experience with modern scheduling tools like GoodTime or Prelude is preferred.
Experience coordinating across time zones (U.S. and international) and navigating competing priorities with urgency and calm.
Detail-obsessed and execution-focused, with a strong sense of ownership and pride in delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
A process-minded problem solver who takes initiative to fix what’s broken and constantly looks for ways to improve.
Bonus: Experience supporting recruiting data/reporting efforts and working on automation or tooling enhancements.
We are committed to building a workforce that reflects diverse perspectives and prioritizes ethics, wellness, and a strong sense of belonging. If you're excited about this role, we encourage you to apply—even if you're not sure if your background or experience is a perfect match.
