This role is open to US-based candidates and will be paid on invoice (1099). Compensation details will be documented in a Statement of Work attached to a mutually agreed contract for services.

We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging top-tier clinical talent—including RNs, APRNs, and physicians—to support our growing organization. You will act as a key partner to hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and interview highly qualified and diverse clinical professionals (RNs, APRNs, physicians).

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.

  • Maintain consistent and timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout all stages of the recruitment process.

  • Accurately document candidate activity, interview notes, and recruitment metrics in the applicant tracking system and relevant tools.

  • Ensure all recruiting activities comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

  • Perform other recruitment-related duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Working knowledge of recruitment best practices, particularly in clinical hiring

  • Familiarity with relevant tools and programs such as Airtable, Calendly, LinkedIn, and Google Workspace (G Suite)

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Qualifications

  • At least one (1) year of experience in clinical recruitment (RNs, APRNs, or physicians)

  • At least two (2) years of recruiting experience

  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a healthcare or clinical setting

  • Demonstrated success in building strong candidate pipelines and meeting hiring targets

  • Location: 100% Remote, within the US
