About the Role:
We’re looking for a performance marketing leader to own and scale one of our largest growth channels—paid social. This is a high-impact role responsible for driving efficient, durable growth across a nine-figure budget while shaping how we reach and convert customers across the full funnel.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and knows how to balance strategy with execution. You’re equally comfortable zooming out to define the vision and diving deep into the data to improve performance. You bring a strong point of view on measurement, creative, and channel strategy—and you’re excited about using emerging tools, including AI, to unlock smarter insights and faster execution.
You Will:
Own and scale the paid social program, managing a nine-figure annual budget against aggressive CPA and ROAS targets
Define and evolve a full-funnel social strategy, expanding beyond performance into awareness and consideration to unlock incremental, efficient growth
Leverage AI and automation to improve how we generate insights, execute campaigns, and report on performance
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Creative, Analytics, and Marketing to identify growth opportunities and bring them to market
Translate complex measurement inputs (MMM, MTA, Conversion Lift, etc.) into clear, actionable investment decisions
Build and execute a robust testing roadmap across creative, targeting, and platform optimizations
Lead creative strategy and production in partnership with internal teams and external agencies
Identify and launch new channels, betas, and experiments to drive scalable growth
Coach and develop a high-performing team across multiple levels
Serve as a key driver of cross-functional initiatives that improve how we acquire and engage customers
You Have:
10+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, with a track record of owning and scaling large budgets (8–9 figures)
Deep expertise in paid social platforms (especially Meta) and performance measurement frameworks
Proven ability to develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies, not just lower-funnel optimization
Experience using AI, automation, or advanced tooling to improve marketing efficiency, insights, or execution
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex, ambiguous data into clear recommendations
Experience building and scaling processes in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing talent
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across teams
Our Benefits (there are more but here are some highlights):
Competitive salary & equity compensation for full-time roles
Unlimited PTO, company holidays, and quarterly mental health days
Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental & vision, and parental leave
Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)
401k benefits with employer matching contribution
Offsite team retreats
We are committed to building a workforce that reflects diverse perspectives and prioritizes ethics, wellness, and a strong sense of belonging. If you're excited about this role, we encourage you to apply—even if you're not sure if your background or experience is a perfect match.
