Sr Marketing Manager, Signatera Head & Neck Cancers

Position Summary:
Natera is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives for Signatera, our personalized molecular residual disease (MRD) test, in the area of head and neck (H&N) cancers. This role is a key contributor to our oncology marketing team and plays a critical part in driving adoption of Signatera as the standard of care in H&N oncology. This individual will work cross-functionally to ensure clinical utility is effectively communicated and will support growth objectives through impactful programs and resources. This individual will report to the Associate Director Oncology Marketing, Signatera Lung, Head, and Neck Cancers.
Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies that promote the clinical utility of Signatera in solid tumors, with a focus on head and neck cancers.

Lead the development of field and digital marketing collateral that is scientifically accurate, aligned to brand messaging, and field-ready.

Monitor sales performance, track key performance indicators, and identify strategic gaps to optimize growth and market penetration.

Own and manage updates to all H&N cancer-related digital content to reflect the most current clinical data and guidelines.

Build and maintain relationships with key third-party organizations to support joint educational and marketing programs.

Partner closely with Medical Affairs, Sales, Digital Marketing, Legal, Regulatory, and external agencies to bring initiatives to market.

Support sales enablement through training tools and materials that improve understanding and engagement across customer-facing teams.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field required; advanced degree (MBA, PhD) preferred.

5–7 years of relevant experience in product marketing, market analytics, or field sales within diagnostics, biotech, or pharmaceutical industries.

Oncology and/or genomics marketing experience highly preferred.

Familiarity with FDA-approved treatments in H&N or other solid tumors is a plus.

Proven track record of building relationships with thought leaders and engaging third-party stakeholders.
Executive presence and confidence in high-visibility settings such as conferences or customer engagements.
