The Position
Come join Organon as we continue to expand access to our medical device throughout the US and the world. To enable this and future growth, we are bringing on a program manager to support the delivery and expansion of our medical education programming. As program manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of education events. You will manage the speakers bureau and own relationships with outside vendors for program delivery.
This critical role will be part of the US Marketing organization and will lead coordination activities that interface with key internal stakeholders, including Medical Affairs, Sales, Marketing, HCP Engagement, Compliance and Regulatory. The role will report to the Director, US Medical Education for MedTech and work in close collaboration with the Senior Specialist, Medical Education Events.
The role is a remote position or located near Plymouth Meeting, PA. The position will require up to 15% travel and will include working at times during morning and evening hours to facilitate programming.
Responsibilities
Own management and growth of HCP speakers bureau, including overseeing selection process, contracting, onboarding and training
Manage vendors and systems that support delivery of Medical Education, including oversight of engagement, processes, and contracts
Review and approve US MedTech Sales requested events within budget and compliance guidance
Support activities related to program reporting, meeting requirements set forth by finance, compliance and transparency and groups as applicable.
Adhere to the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) as well as domestic and global quality system regulations, standards, and procedures.
Understands relevant security, privacy and compliance principles and adheres to the regulations, standards, and procedures that are applicable to the Company.
Support marketing strategies and program objectives by enabling and facilitating participation in key tradeshows and events
Work closely with Senior Specialist, Medical Education Events for event execution
Work with Director, Medical Education for MedTech to prepare annual plans and support Med Ed strategy, policies and procedures.
Required Education, Experience and Skills
Required: BA/BS
Minimum of five (5+) years combined experience in Medical Education, Marketing, Sales, Strategic Planning, or Market Research
3-5 years of experience managing complex programs
Strong collaboration skills, including cross-divisionally with colleagues from Sales, Medical Affairs/Clinical, Compliance/Quality, and Regulatory.
Experience working with key opinion leaders
Strategic and innovative thinker
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Understanding of US commercial and regulatory requirements
Proven ability to drive results while demonstrating the highest standards of ethics & integrity
Aptitude for building a deep understanding of the science related to product
Preferred Education, Experience and Skills
5+ years medical education experience
Experience with medical device
Preferred: MBA or other advanced degree

Annualized Salary Range (US)
$124,000.00 - $210,700.00Please Note: Pay Ranges are Specific to local market and therefore vary from country to country
