The Position
The US Commercial Lead Administrative Associates support the Leadership Team reporting to the Head of US Commercial Operations and Government Affairs for higher level administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Provide full Administrative support to the Leadership Team reporting to the Head of US Commercial Operations and Government.
Handle inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Support the commercial team in managing customer relationships and resolving issues.
Facilitate a positive experience for office visitors including ensuring guests have a seamless entry and greeting them to ensure they are escorted to the appropriate office location.
Responsible for all guest / event meetings and events (i.e. - national US Market Commercial Assembly) including rooms, venues, technology and logistics.
Serve as internal point of contact for contract administrative support and assistance with trouble shooting.
Internal support for Employee Onboarding and Offboarding Processes.
Serve as scalation point of contact for procurement process issues.
Act as a point of contact between the commercial team and other departments.
Ensure efficient operations for each department - complete and continuously improve administrative processes and data systems including sharing of best practices.
Supports the use of Team Sites, the ability to strategically learn, leverage, and share technology.
Experience and ability to effectively communicate with Company executives and internal/external clients.
Required Education, Experience and Skills
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Proven experience in an Office Management or Executive Administrative role, preferably within a commercial or sales environment.
Ability to perform multiple tasks while understanding the project principles and technical skills. Work priorities and activities are reviewed with little supervision.
Strong understanding of operational processes/ability to quickly learn internal systems and processes.
Extraordinary attention to detail.
Sound business sense; ability to make trade-off decisions among priorities with limited support.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with Company's executives and internal/external clients both on-site and remotely.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. Strong capability in utilizing MS Teams.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Education, Experience and Skills
Advanced education or certifications such as (e.g., Certified Administrative Professional, Project Management Professional Certification, Professional in Human Resources Certification, etc.)
SAP experience processing Expense Reports, Purchase Orders, Payment Requests. Vendor Add Forms, as well as running reports within SAP.
Budget/Finance Management experience.
Experience with project management software/systems.
Knowledge of commercial processes and procedures.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position based in Plymouth Meeting, PA. *Must be available to be physically in the office Monday through Thursday.
Occasional travel may be required for meetings and events.

Annualized Salary Range (US)
$76,900.00 - $130,900.00Please Note: Pay Ranges are Specific to local market and therefore vary from country to country
