As part of our growing Global Service Center, the Accounting to Report (AtR) team plays a critical role in delivering standardized, efficient, and controlled financial processes. Whether you're joining as an Associate, Specialist, or Senior Specialist, you will help build strong governance, foster global relationships, and support the implementation of our global ERP platform, SAP S/4HANA.
You may also contribute to Order to Cash (OtC) or Source to Settle (StS) operations, depending on your background and interests.
You’ll join a team of over 40 finance professionals delivering end-to-end AtR processes and collaborating daily with our global BPO partners. Together, we support Organon’s operations across EMEA, Americas, and APAC, ensuring high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement.
Position Responsibilities:
- Deliver services in accordance with agreed Service Level, Controls and Governance.
- Maintain professional and detailed process documentation such as global SOPs, Regional Work Instructions etc in coordination with the Global Process Owner.
- Solid financial background with experience in accounting processes valued
- Global shared services knowledge is a plus
- Participates in internal and external audit and special projects
- Mentoring junior profiles within the team
- Independency to manage the workload and deadlines
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or other related to AtR, OtC or StS
- Different years of work experience in Finance, according to seniority level (0+ years)
- Experience in F&A (finance and accounting) shared services center environments preferred
- Good knowledge of accounting standards US GAAP and company policies
- Good project management skills including the ability to coordinate and implement complex cross-functional activities
- Experience using SAP R/3 or SAP S/4 HANA preferred
- Demonstrated strong math, query, analytical, and systems skills with demonstrated experience in data management, MS Office including Power BI
