Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Identify company-level business growth opportunity, assess the opportunity potential, and formulate strategy to drive business outcomes
• Support and coordinate critical annual business planning, budget process and critical business reviews
• Plan and coordinate the execution of company-level strategic projects as PMO
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, medical etc. to develop integrated management solution based on business objective
• Support strategic update for BU leadership on key performance indicator status, sales performance, sales risk estimation, etc. to follow the strategic initiatives
• Prepare impactful business presentations for critical occasions
• Act as “think tank” for senior management in strategic planning

Required Education, Experience, and Skills :

• Bachelor's degree and above from top schools, MBA degree is highly preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in consulting firm, with experience in pharmaceutical industry or consumer health
• Strong business acumen, logical and strategic thinking ability
• Excellent interpersonal skills and project management capabilities
• Experience and proven success in working with cross-functional teams
• Superior communication and presentation skills
