Quality Assurance Internship (Madrid - Hybrid)

Organon is looking for a student to join the Quality Assurance (QA) team for a 6 + 6 month internship.
What we offer:
- A 6-month internship within the External QA team of a global pharmaceutical company focused on women’s health.
- Exposure to quality operations in external/contract manufacturing environments.
- Involvement in day-to-day quality activities, including product evaluations, change control, and CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls) requests.
- Participation in quality data analysis and trend evaluation.
- Regular interaction with external partners to exchange quality-related information.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline, preferably in Pharmaceuticals.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Spanish.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
