Quality Assurance Internship (Madrid - Hybrid)


Are you looking for an internship where you can take initiative and gain hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry? Would you like to be part of a company that’s committed to improving women’s health every day?


Organon is looking for a student to join the Quality Assurance (QA) team for a 6 + 6 month internship.


What we offer:


  • A 6-month internship within the External QA team of a global pharmaceutical company focused on women’s health.
  • Exposure to quality operations in external/contract manufacturing environments.
  • Involvement in day-to-day quality activities, including product evaluations, change control, and CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls) requests.
  • Participation in quality data analysis and trend evaluation.
  • Regular interaction with external partners to exchange quality-related information.

Required Skills and Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline, preferably in Pharmaceuticals.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Spanish.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
