The Position
Responsible for building and executing strategic partnerships with Key Accounts and KOLs in infertility TA. This role plays a critical part in driving market penetration, enhancing brand value, and contributing to business growth through strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
Strategic relationship building and maintenance with key accounts in the fertility TA
Development and execution of account strategies based on customer needs, market trends, and competitive analysis
Cross-functional collaboration with internal departments such as Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Sales
Strategic updates based on customer feedback
Compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies
Required Education, Experience and Skills
Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities
Scientific knowledge in the field of obstetrics and gynecology
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or key account management within the fertility TA
Excellent communication skills with HCPs
