掌握区域内VBP政策及其再医院层面的潜在影响

了解医院VBP政策的落地实施情况、具体流程和关键驱动因素

2.风险识别与机会分析

持续评估医院VBP相关风险与机会点，确定医院互动优先级归纳区域内医院在风险和机会上的共性

基于医院互动优先级，规划客户互动最大限度减少业务影响

3.关键客户

识别目标医院关键客户及其影响力，了解关键客户行为驱动力和未满足需求，确定针对关键客户的互动目标制定客户互动

与关键客户搭建并持续维护客户关系

通过客户互动活动与谈判，影响并说服关键客户，在必要时设计执行院企合作或搭建其他学术合作平台

4.符合公司发展策略确保重点产品在KA目标医院进药速度和质量具有行业竞争优势

5.跨部门协作

建立跨部门协作机制，确认行动计划及分工，追踪执行并跟进结果
