Our Global Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) department in Paris is currently hiring for the position of:

Internship Global Communications - Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) department

The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Communications Intern to join our Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity for a university student to gain hands-on experience in communications, marketing and project promotion for a global corporate company. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong writing skills and a keen interest in learning about various aspects of corporate communications while helping our SHE team deliver key messaging. Prior SHE experience in not a requirement.

This 12-month position (alternance) is based at Organon France’s headquarters in Paris, starting preferably in October 2025.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and distribution of content for various communication channels, including newsletters, digital TV materials, posters, SharePoint sites, promotional materials for projects, internal websites
  • Support the development and implementation of communication strategies to enhance SHE brand awareness and engagement.
  • Draft, proofread and edit various communication materials, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Help manage and update the SHE team’s internal websites ensuring consistent and engaging content.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop creative ideas for SHE topics, campaigns and initiatives.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events, webinars, and other promotional activities. Lead projects as assigned.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of communication campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to communications, such as organizing files, maintaining contact lists, and scheduling meetings, sending emails for program participation.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills

  • Currently enrolled in a University or Bachelor’s program, majoring in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Enthusiastic, creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in communications, marketing, or related internships is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • This role will interact with many global employees, therefore, must be able to write and speak English and French.
  • Prior experience in the field of Safety, Health & Environment is not required.
