Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Produces/completes various work assignments requiring advanced analytical ability, independent judgment, creativity and problem-solving skills.

  • Maintains and updates the Team Sites.

  • Ability to team and communicate with fellow Admins and Executive Assistants.

  • Functions as the S&T representative on the monthly Organon Manufacturing Supply (OMS) People, Communication, & Change Team (PCCT); providing communications back to the S&T Leadership Team on upcoming/ongoing Organon and/or OMS specific activities.

  • Acting S&T Integrator at monthly meeting; working closely with other OMS Integrators and OMS Chief of Staff.

  • Must be able to gather and create Agendas; facilitate meeting; capture minutes and follow-up action items for weekly S&T Leadership meetings.

  • Calendar management: setting and maintaining calendar meeting; anticipating and correcting conflicts.

Required Education, Experience and Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum of ten (10) years’ administrative experience supporting senior executives (Sr. Director, Executive Director, Vice President or above).

  • Advanced secretarial/clerical abilities with a history of high performance.

  • Experience with financial and budget tasks.

  • Experience scheduling complex travel arrangements including multi-leg domestic and international travel, using CONCUR and AMEX GBS.

  • Documented experience as a strong performer in current and past positions.

  • Advanced computer skills using MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.), and operation of other peripheral devices and systems.

  • SAP/ATHENA experience processing: Expense Reports; Purchase Orders and Payment Requests; Vendor Add Forms; invoice processing

  • Requires the coordination and performance of multiple tasks while understanding the project principles and technical skills related to own work assignments.

  • Communication Skills: must be at a level to effectively interact with Organon executives and internal/external clients both on-site and remotely to maintain workflow.

  • Work priorities and activities are reviewed with little supervision.

  • Extraordinary attention to detail.

Preferred Education

  • Advanced education or certifications such as (e.g., Certified Administrative Professional, Project Management Professional Certification, Bachelor’s degree, etc.).

$76,900.00 - $130,900.00
