Secondary Job Description
The Position
In preparation for the launch of a new product in the women's health area, we are expanding our sales team. The goal is to accelerate product penetration through appropriate information delivery to healthcare professionals and strategic area-based activities.
Location
Major cities across Japan
While we will consider applicants' location preferences, future relocation may be required
Responsibilities (Women's Health Area)
Product Information Delivery
Provide accurate and compliant information about our products to healthcare professionals including physicians, pharmacists, and nurses
Promote appropriate use of the product and collect feedback from clinical settings
Execution of Area Strategy
Develop and implement strategic plans for assigned areas and facilities
Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
Plan and manage local educational events and lectures
Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with internal departments e.g. Marketing, Medical Affairs, Pharmacovigilance (PV), Distribution
Share market insights and feedback with internal teams
Compliance
Ensure all activities are conducted in full compliance with internal policies and external regulations
