About the role

As a Manager Operations, you will lead a team of operators within the sterile packaging process. You will ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant working environment and take the lead in improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Together with your team, you will achieve output and cost targets.

Your responsibilities include:

• Coaching and developing operators
• Aligning with planners and fellow managers
• Ensuring GMP and safety procedures are followed
• Driving improvements based on performance indicators (KPIs)
• Leading root cause analyses for quality or safety issues

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or business administration
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in a production environment
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
• Proactive, results-oriented, and analytical
