Job Description
The Regional Commercial Leader (RCL) for Dermatology will be part of the General Medicines Franchise Team, focused on driving local execution and performance of Dermatology across International markets. This role emphasizes close collaboration with country teams to ensure successful rollout, HCP adoption, and growth of Organon’s Dermatology portfolio. Accelerating growth in Wave 2 markets will be critical, particularly in competitive environments. Unlike strategic roles centered on high-level planning, this position is hands-on—focused on market execution, gap analysis and resolution, and performance tracking to ensure sales, income, and contractual targets are met or exceeded.
Responsibilities
Identify and support market-specific priorities by guiding the development and execution of Dermatology marketing plans and tactics, aligned with strategic brand priorities and tailored to local market dynamics and customer needs.
Pinpoint execution gaps and collaborate with markets to implement solutions and share best practices.
Represent market opportunities, realities, and insights to the Global Commercial Team (GCT) for Dermatology, contributing to the refinement of global strategies and tactics.
Ensure local adaptation and execution of Dermatology GCT strategies and tactics; monitor effectiveness and provide feedback to optimize implementation.
Provide guidance on financial planning, marketing mix, and promotional resource allocation; support development of customized programs and materials in collaboration with Global teams.
Ensure continuous KPI reporting and facilitate cross-border sharing of best practices.
Partner with Managing Directors, BU Directors, and Brand Managers to develop, execute, and monitor corrective actions for Dermatology initiatives.
Collaborate with regional sales, medical affairs, and regulatory teams to ensure cohesive execution of marketing strategies.
Share regional insights and best practices with global marketing teams.
Leverage data-driven insights to inform and optimize marketing activities.
Required Education, Experience, and Skills
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in marketing roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Proven success in marketing execution at regional or local levels.
Familiarity with innovative dermatology treatments and market dynamics.
Skills:
Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in cross-functional, multicultural environments.
Proficiency in gap analysis and creative problem-solving.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
