Organon is seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Brand Leader to lead the global commercial strategy for Organon’s Henlius biosimilars portfolio. This role sits within the General Medicine commercial team and reports directly to the Biosimilars Commercial Lead. This role is preferably based in Europe.
This is a great opportunity for the right individual to lead and develop Organon’s global Henlius portfolio strategy and will be a key global commercial leader responsible to ensure that Organon maximises the global opportunities within this portfolio. This role will significantly contribute to Organon’s mission to deliver sustainable healthcare solutions and expand access to high-quality medicines worldwide.
Responsibilities:
The Global Brand Lead role will focus on global commercial stewardship of the Henlius portfolio, prioritization and execution of new market launches including but not limited to the following:
Strategic Planning: Develop and oversee implementation of long-term and short-term strategies for the Henlius portfolio. This includes setting goals, identifying key milestones, and aligning the portfolio with the company's overall business objectives. Regularly review and adjust strategies to respond to changing market conditions and emerging opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including ORD, OMS and Commercial. Facilitate collaboration and communication among team members to drive project success and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise.
Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of the Henlius portfolio. Regularly review performance data, generate reports, and present findings to senior management. Use insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize portfolio outcomes.
Financial Oversight: Manage the financial aspects of the Henlius portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure that market launches are financially viable and operate within allocated budgets. Seek opportunities to improve financial performance and maximize return on investment.
Required Education, Experience, and Skills
Strong industry knowledge with a proven track record of successfully commercializing Biosimilars/pharma brands within country and ideally regionally &/or globally
A minimum of 8 years’ experience advising a multinational/global pharmaceutical company with a strong understanding of commercial strategy, operations and technologies
Bachelor of Arts or Science, MBA preferred
Experience driving results in complex and/or matrixed functional environments
Experience in Biosimilars is preferred
Demonstrated leadership in development of brand strategy, brand positioning, and brand marketing from launch
Strategic and effective leadership, problem solving, teamwork, analytical, written/verbal communication, and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to leverage innovation (including, but not limited to digital channels of customer engagement) to drive results
Collaboration, influencing without authority and working successfully with cross-functional teams
