Job Description
Responsibilities
Manage and monitor daily logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery and inventory accuracy
Handle documentation processes such as issuing export invoices and creating purchase orders for payments.
Manage customs duties, including country of origin verification.
Process duty and tax payments accurately and on time.
Support inventory management, order management, and related documentation processes
Prepare and submit required reports to government authorities in compliance with local regulations.
Provide support for other logistics operations as needed.
Analyze logistics data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost reduction.
Ensure compliance with company policies and customs regulations.
Required Education, Experience and Skills
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field).
0–3 years in SCM, logistics, or related roles.
Proficient in English for business communication.
Preferred: Knowledge of SCM principles or logistics processes.
Relevant certifications (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP) or academic background in SCM.
Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Excel.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with good analytical skills.
