The Position
Organon is hiring a Cardiovascular Brand and Customer Manager for our Nordics Market.
In this position, you will play a key role in maximizing the value of our cardiovascular portfolio.
You will be part of Marketing Team Cluster North West Europe and report to the Franchise Marketing Director.
Responsibilities
Drive results and achieve financial milestones and specific strategic goals for brands in scope
Drive the launch in all markets in scope
Develop strategy for CV portfolio, establishing short term objectives and long term roadmap and delivering brand plans for each brand in scope
Support sales team ensuring the right deliverables in place
Leverage different commercial trade channels for the best business impact
Identify & implement innovative strategic projects to ensure business growth through improving customer experience
Develop and implement an omni-channel approach to leverage communication with different customers/stakeholders
Collect and analyze data to increase customer understanding, to identify business opportunities and to drive strategic decisions
Monitor performance KPIs and other data to guarantee the best results addressing opportunities and challenges
Create and maintain strong relationship with key customers and stakeholders to provide value to health care providers and patients
Participate in key activities and develop strong network w/ KOLs
Contribute to company strategy and execute in scope
Collaborate with various functions, including Business Development, Commercial Operations, Finance and other areas to ensure optimal alignment and effective implementation of business plans
Own, develop, monitor and correct as needed the annual profit plan and long-range plan while managing the promotional budget
Master key tools to evaluate performance and register activities
Ensure an optimal demand forecast focusing on short and long term
Required Education, Experience, and Skills
Education & Experience:
University degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration or Life Sciences preferred
MBA / Postgraduation valued
Experience desired: 1-3 years in Marketing
Abilities/Skills:
Strategic thinking, commercial and business/financial acumen
Analytical skills to synthesize local insights as input to the Customer Business Plan
Strong customer management and customer engagement skills
Cross functional skills to ensure optimal alignment and effective implementation
