Job Title: BT Site Lead – Russia

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Site Lead to serve as the single point of contact for all IT operations in Russia. This role is responsible for end-to-end IT service delivery, including end-user support, network and unified communications management, and IT infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with exceptional stakeholder management skills to ensure seamless IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• End-User Support

• • Provide first-line support for all IT-related issues and requests.

  • Monitor and manage fulfillment of service requests and incidents.

  • Perform manual device setup and full configuration for mobility solutions.

  • Maintain 100% compliance and control of IT processes within Russia.

• Facility & Office IT Management

• • Lead IT aspects of office relocations, including network, IPT, NAS, and warehouse connectivity.

  • Manage IT requirements for events, town halls, and executive meetings.

  • Coordinate L2L connectivity between main office and warehouse.

• Network & Unified Communications

• • Oversee onsite corporate network operations for Moscow office and warehouse.

  • Collaborate with global network engineering teams and local ISPs.

  • Manage Zscaler pilot projects and ensure secure connectivity.

  • Develop and implement IPT voice menus (IVR) for reception and critical functions.

  • Deliver network infrastructure projects, including procurement and installation of racks, UPS, and related hardware.

• Project Management

• • Plan and execute IT projects from initiation to completion.

  • Negotiate with external vendors and building owners for IT infrastructure needs.

  • Ensure timely delivery and adherence to corporate standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Security Technologies or related field.

• Experience: 10+ years of IT experience across multinational organizations.

• Proven expertise in end-user support, network administration, and IT project management.

• Strong knowledge of corporate networking, IPT systems, and security technologies ( Zscaler).

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred:

• ITIL certification or equivalent.

• Experience with global IT service delivery frameworks.

• Familiarity with warehouse connectivity and industrial IT environments.

Work Environment

• Location: Moscow, Russia

• Onsite role with occasional travel to warehouse facilities.

• Collaboration with global IT teams and local business stakeholders.
