1. Role Overview
The Supply Chain Early Leadership Development Program (ELDP) develops future leaders through two one-year rotational assignments, cross-functional exposure, coaching, and hands-on learning.
For the first-year rotation assignment, the Associate Specialist will take on the role of a Demand Fulfilment Planner, supporting end-to-end order fulfilment, supply coordination, and customer service performance. This assignment provides strong foundational skills in supply chain execution before progressing to Year 2 rotations (e.g., Logistics, Trade Compliance, Advanced Analytics, Digital Twin, RPA).
2. Year 1 Rotation Assignment – Demand Fulfilment Planner
Fulfilment & Order Management Support
Monitor and coordinate customer orders from receipt to delivery to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Support fulfilment planning by consolidating partner forecasts and aligning with internal supply plans.
Track order status, shipment timelines and proactively highlight potential delays or issues.
Work closely with Order Management and Shipping Documentation teams to ensure orders and system transactions are up to date.
Support escalation and communication of order-related issues to relevant stakeholders.
Supply Coordination
Assist in ensuring sufficient supply for confirmed orders through timely communication with site planners and regional fulfilment teams.
Support preparation of reports related to supply status, OTIF performance, and allocation when required.
2.3 Alliance Partner Planning Support
Collaborate with Alliance teams on routine order and supply updates.
Support data collection and maintenance of partner’s replenishment and order information.
Assist in preparation of monthly or quarterly review decks and performance summaries for Alliance partners.
2.4 Systems & Process Excellence
Maintain data accuracy in SAP (S4) and IBP
Ensure order parameters and product master data are accurate and up to date.
Participate in system or process improvement initiatives, user testing and data validation when required.
Reporting & Administrative Support
Generate routine reports on order fulfilment, delivery performance, and stock status.
Support the preparation of documentation for audits, governance, and KPI reviews.
Maintain clean and organized records for assigned partners and products.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related discipline
1–2 years of relevant experience in supply chain or order fulfilment preferred
Experience with ERP or planning systems (SAP, IBP, or equivalent) is an advantage
Fresh graduates with strong aptitude for supply chain operations may also be considered
