Job Description
The Position
This role reports to the Director of Third Party Risk, Compliance & ESG and is responsible for supporting the deployment of Compliance programs across the organization, development and maintenance of Dashboard and analytics for internal stakeholders, collaborating with external system providers on improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Collaborating with the Integrated Third Party Risk, Compliance & ESG project team and cross-functional stakeholders
Collaborating with suppliers to address first line inquiries with regards onboarding them to TPRM tools
Ensuring the availability and quality of data required for state of art supplier risk assessments & reporting across TPRM tools
Supporting implementation of Integrated Third Party Due Diligence Framework across Organon and related tools and risk rating methodologies
Supporting continuous improvement projects to further optimize the effectiveness of risk assessments
Support testing the TPRM solutions with BT business partners
Creation of training materials for the implementation of Integrated TPR&C solution
Designing and maintenance of applicable dashboards & regular reporting
Collaboration with applicable third-party risk assessment service providers
Creation of the change management and communication materials as needed
Support with project management office activities
Required Education, Experience and Skills:
You have a basic understanding of supplier risk management domain, either by previous experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Business Analytics. Specialized experience with supplier risk assessment tools and due diligence will be a strong advantage. You can work in virtual teams and you have attention to details. You are persistent in collecting required information and you can execute in-depth evaluation of variable factors. You possess skills to manage interactions with cross-functional stakeholders in an international environment.
>3 years of relevant working experience
Ideally experience in Project Management
Very strong analytical skills
Strong collaboration and communication capabilities
Team player, easy to work in international team in different geographies
Analytical skills and attention to details
English Language mandatory
BS/BA degree Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain or relevant technical discipline.
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Demonstrated Quality, Technical and / or IT experience in a regulated industry.
- Proven self-starter.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and with a remote team
