Descripción del Puesto
La persona ideal, actuará como el vínculo principal entre Organon y sus clientes, garantizando una comunicación excelente sobre nuestra marca, misión y valores, siempre alineado con las normas de Compliance. Este rol, será responsable por la introducción y posicionamiento de productos en el portafolio de la línea de Cuidados Primarios con clientes del sector público y con foco en privado para lograr prescripciones.
Educación, Experiencia y Habilidades Requeridas
- Carrera universitaria concluida (Con título) en área administrativa, de la salud o afín.
- 1+ años de experiencia en rol similar en industria farmacéutica.
- Experiencia previa como representante médico manejando canal privado.
- Dominio de paquetería Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Disponibilidad para viajar al menos 50% de su tiempo.
- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales.
- Capacidad de persuasión.
Educación, Experiencia y Habilidades Deseables
- Conocimiento de sistemas CRM (como Veeva, Salesforce, etc.)
- Deseable experiencia previa como consultor llevando cuentas tanto de canal gobierno, como privado.
- Experiencia previa manejando productos para médicos de Cardiología y/o Traumatología.
- Trabajo colaborativo en equipo.
- Actitud positiva.
- Espíritu emprendedor.
- Alta responsabilidad y autogestión.
- Inglés básico-intermedio.
- Estudios de posgrado.
