The Position
The Procurement Specialist is responsible for facilitating governance, overseeing supplier performance, supporting RFP processes, negotiations and contracting within Travel, Meetings, Cards, and Fleet categories
The ideal candidate should possess a strong procurement background.

Responsibilities:
Program Governance and Suppliers Performance Management:
Lead Tier 2 governance meetings, in partnership with regional leads and suppliers by addressing service issues that require suppliers to implement performance improvement plans or escalations to senior management and by analyzing supplier performance key performance indicators (KPIs)
Partner with Suppliers and BPOs to ensure data related to key indicators is accurate and delivered on time by leveraging and optimizing existing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Support supplier’s training as needed
Manage team communication channels
Contract Management:
Monitor global and regional contracts to keep track of expirations.
Proactively plan for contract renewals or launch requests for proposals (RFPs) when needed.
RFP Support:
Provide support in preparing and managing the RFP process to ensure effective vendor selection and negotiation.
Required Education, Experience, and Skills
- Strong procurement background with a proven track record in contract management, negotiations, and supplier governance.
- Strong analytical skills with a successful track record in managing scorecards.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computer science or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in customer focus, a service-oriented approach, supplier management, and leveraging data insights
- Specialized expertise in at least one of the following categories—Travel, Meetings, Corporate Cards, or Fleet—is preferred.
- Fluency in English
- Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, negotiation, influencing and decision-making skills.
- A positive, engaging disposition with high personal integrity, credibility, and energy.
- Demonstrated leadership in coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, set priorities, work under pressure, and follow through with assigned tasks with limited supervision.
