Job Description
Responsibilities:
EB Lead will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies in alignment with global, AP cluster Brand strategy and developing programs for the franchise to achieve sales, expense and profit targets.
EB Lead will manage a team of ETC sales managers and medical representatives (under Phyto – our sales contracting partner) to define sales strategy and action plans to deliver objectives
The role is responsible for developing, implementing and contributing to both the 5-year long term (LROP) and the annual Profit/Brand plan and strategies & forecasts. This is achieved from an understanding of the needs and expectations of customers. These plans and strategies will build customer loyalty, optimise brand performance and deliver appropriate return on customers in line with agreed sales targets.
Lead sales activities by setting product mix & geographical sales areas through sales territory business plans.
Work closely with SFE to set and manage the incentive plan (SIP) & sales targets.
Manage and monitor supply chain for all brands
Manage and oversee franchise in-market
The above will be carried out consistent with Organon’s leadership, coaching and performance management principles.
Required Education, Experience and Skills:
Demonstrated commercial leadership and management knowledge and skills. This will preferably include team management experience for 3-5 years.
Previous marketing and sales experience in specialist pharmaceutical industry.
