岗位概述

该岗位将全面负责指定产品从策略制定到执行落地的端到端管理（End-to-End），涵盖品牌战略规划、市场洞察、产品定位、推广策略制定、商业绩效追踪以及产品 P&L 管理。理想候选人需具备3年以上品牌负责人或产品管理相关经验，能够独立推动跨部门协作，确保品牌成长目标达成。

主要职责

1. 品牌与产品策略管理

• 独立制定并优化产品的市场策略、品牌定位及年度计划。

• 深入开展市场洞察、竞品分析、用户洞察，并转化为战略及执行方案。

• 管理产品生命周期，包括上市策略、增长策略及成熟阶段管理。

2. 推广与执行落地

• 负责跨部门协作，包括销售、医学、合规、供应链等，以确保品牌策略顺畅落地。

• 规划并执行市场推广活动（线下、线上、数字化推广）。

• 根据营销指标跟踪执行效果，并及时调优策略。

3. 商业与盈利能力管理（P&L）

• 独立负责整理及管理产品 P&L，包括收入、毛利、投入产出比等核心指标。

• 与销售团队合作推动业务增长，对业务表现进行追踪与复盘。

4. 销售支持与跟踪管理

• 制作销售工具、培训材料，支持销售团队更好执行品牌策略。

• 有销售tracking经验者可进一步优化区域销售表现。

5. 跨部门沟通与项目管理

• 主导跨职能团队会议，确保关键策略与行动达成一致。

• 负责管理项目时间表、资源分配及交付结果。

任职要求

专业背景

• 市场营销、管理、医药相关专业本科及以上学历。

工作经验

• 3年以上品牌管理 / 产品Marketing / Brand Owner经验（必须）。

• 有端到端管理产品经验（策略 → 执行落地 → P&L）。

• 有普药、OTC、门诊类产品管理经验者优先。

• 有销售执行 tracking 或区域 LPM（Local Product Manager）经验者优先。

能力要求

• 具备独立思考、结构化分析能力，能够将洞察转化为策略。

• 优秀的项目管理能力与跨部门协作能力。

• 良好的数据敏感度，能从业务指标中发现问题与机会。

• 英语读写流利，口语良好者优先。
