Job Description
Responsibilities
Translate Cluster marketing plan into local strategy and activities, work with cross functional team to execute these activities to deliver brand strategic objectives, financial objectives.
Provide impactful omni-channel customer engagement experience:
Collaborate with Cluster, local Cross functional team and vendors to develop educational campaigns for customers including consumers, pharmacists, doctors, key accounts... and/ or localize Cluster campaigns.
Effectively maintain/ develop omni-channel engagement eco-system for brand
Work closely with distributor field force to develop and ensure executional excellence of educational tools including detailing aids, campaigns for field force, supporting solutions for field force to effectively engage with customers. Lead development of promotional campaigns targeting both healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients, including patient education
Manage and deliver effective educational events:
Managing local vendors, collaborate with relevant stakeholders including regional vendors, medical, trade marketing, key account team etc. to execute events & collaborate effectively with field force team in planning, organizing and implementing marketing events.
Work with Key Opinion Leaders/ Stakeholders who will be instrumental in building the scientific agendas of meetings, CME activities which will provide customer inputs for planning purposes.
Support External Affair team to deliver activities, programs with government stakeholders to build and maintain strong partnership with government departments.
Provide support on company strategic projects ie. new launch business case, go to market model proposals….
Manage expenses, fulfil necessary processes to obtain approvals for marketing activities
Collect market intelligence, track & provide timely analysis relating to Organon brands performance, market, competitors….and make appropriate proposal to change/ adapt if needed.
Assist in preparing forecast and inventory management.
