Job Description

The Senior Manager, Business Insight leads the delivery of accurate, timely and actionable business insights that support commercial decision-making across the China organization. This role turns internal performance data and external market intelligence into clear guidance for sales forecasting, performance analysis, opportunity identification and business reviews.

Working closely with commercial leadership, business units, Finance, Sales Force Effectiveness, information technology and external data partners, the role also strengthens reporting governance, data quality and a data-driven decision-making culture.

Required

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business, finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, data analytics or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, business intelligence, commercial or market analytics, finance analytics or consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn multiple data sources into business recommendations.
• Experience in sales forecasting, performance tracking, management reporting or dashboard development.
• Proficiency in Excel, BI tools and AI tools such as Claude Opus, Chatgpt...
• Strong stakeholder management, project management and communication skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail and data quality and compliance mindset.

Preferred

• Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Experience with syndicated market data such as IQVIA.
• Experience leading analysts, coordinating vendors or managing cross-functional analytics projects.
