Job Description

China Drug Serialization Operation

1. Manage the daily uploading of inbound and outbound drug serialization files to the Ali Health traceability platform.

负责日常药品追溯码入库文件及出库文件在阿里码上放心平台的上传操作。

2. Collaborate with overseas and local manufacturing sites, as well as third-party logistics (3PL) partners, to initiate timely investigations and implement corrective actions in response to any serialization abnormal cases, thereby mitigating operational and compliance risks.

协同海内外生产工厂及第三方物流供应商，在追溯码出现异常时及时开展调查，并采取纠正与预防措施，有效降低运营及合规风险。

3. Maintain accurate products master data for serialization on the Ali platform, ensuring timely updates for new product launches and changes in existing filing records.

针对新产品上市或既有产品备案信息变更，及时在阿里码上放心系统中维护药品主数据信息。

4. Coordinate with manufacturing sites to deploy serialization master data updates onto production lines, ensuring seamless readiness for drug serialization operations.

协调生产工厂完成追溯码主数据在生产线的部署更新，确保药品追溯码相关准备工作平稳、有序推进。

5. Partner with the in-market quality team to monitor regulatory changes from NMPA regarding drug serialization, conduct gap assessments on new requirements, and integrate necessary revisions into operational SOPs.

与本地质量团队密切合作，跟踪国家药品监督管理局（NMPA）关于药品追溯法规的最新动态，开展具体分析，并将新要求及时纳入公司标准操作流程（SOP）。

6. Oversee procurement (PO), payment requests (PPR), contract administration, and payment settlements related to drug serialization activities.

负责与药品追溯码运营相关的采购订单（PO）、付款申请（PPR）、合同签署及付款结算等事务。

Distribution and Logistics Operation

1. Partner with local 3PL service providers to plan daily shipping schedules for sales orders and execute outbound delivery creation and PGI (Post Goods Issue) posting in the SAP system.

协同第三方物流（3PL）制定日常销售订单运输计划，并负责SAP系统中的销售订单发货过账及PGI（发货过账）操作。

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the China trading company to support daily system operations across SAP and GSP platforms (e.g., sampling, scrapping, and stock transfer processes，and monthly inventory reconciliation).

与中国贸易公司内部跨部门团队协作，支持SAP及GSP系统的日常业务操作（如抽样、销毁、库存转移，库存盘点比对等等）。

3. Conduct regular 3PL performance KPI assessments, summarize findings, review exceptions, and drive the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

定期开展3PL绩效考核，整理并分析异常问题，推动纠正与预防措施（CAPA）的有效落实。

4. Perform monthly operational data analysis and consolidate key reports (e.g., monthly cycle count reports, D&L operation & spending reports) into Power BI dashboards for management visibility.

每月进行运营数据统计分析，并将月度盘点报告、D&L运营及费用报告等整合至Power BI看板，为管理决策提供数据支持。

5. Oversee monthly reconciliation of D&L (warehousing & logistics) billing and manage related PO payments and settlement processes.

负责每月仓储运输（D&L）费用的对账工作，并跟进相关采购订单（PO）的付款结算流程。

6. Support the team leader in preparing the annual operational budget forecasts for May and October cycles.

协助团队负责人完成每年5月及10月的运营预算编制与预测工作。

7. Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate and support ad-hoc unannounced inspections conducted by local FDA or NMPA authorities.

与跨部门团队配合，做好国家药监局（NMPA）及地方FDA等监管机构飞行检查的接待与应对工作。

Project management

1. Lead the annual summer and winter transportation lane verification to validate the effectiveness of existing routes and thermal packaging (TPS) and guide the 3PL to strictly adhere to the predefined verification plan.

主导年度夏季及冬季运输线路验证工作，评估现有运输路线及保温包材（TPS）的有效性，并指导第三方物流（3PL）严格按既定验证方案执行操作。

2. Support D&L process optimization RPA (Robotic process Automation) project (Phase 1 / 2 / 3), and coordinate with local IT and external vendors to develop a visual D&L management dashboard.

支持运营流程优化的系统机器人RPA项目（一、二、三期）的推进，协调本地IT团队及外部供应商，共同开发仓储物流（D&L）可视化运营看板。

3. Facilitate the local implementation of the E-COA (Electronic Certificate of Analysis) project within the China market.

推动电子检验报告（E-COA）项目在中国市场的本地化落地实施。

4. Participate in other supply chain enhancement projects as assigned for the China market.

参与中国区其他供应链管理相关项目的支持与协调工作。

Personal capabilities

1. Bachelor’s degree or above preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics Management.

本科及以上学历，优先考虑供应链或物流管理专业。

2. Minimum 2 years of work experience in supply chain functions, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, with a valid GSP training certificate.

2年以上供应链相关工作经验，具备制药行业背景者优先，并持有有效的GSP培训合格证书。

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

熟练使用微软办公软件（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）。

4. Strong written and spoken English communication skills and proficient in English as a working language.

具备良好的英语书面及口语沟通能力。能熟练使用英语作为工作语言。
