Responsibilities
The SBE will be a key member of the Leadership Team and serves as the strategic partner to the Country Lead helping shape business direction and ensuring disciplined execution against strategic priorities.
The SBE will take a holistic view of the enterprise, going beyond collaboration to integration, as an anchor point to drive key strategic decisions. Leading a culture of strategic prioritization and data driven decision making will be critical for success, as will a focus on business development opportunities and alliance optimization to ensure Organon is future fit for sustainable and profitable growth. Additionally, the integration of strategy across the Hospital and Retail Channels.
Key Accountabilities
Business Strategy and Commercial Excellence:
Lead the marketing and business planning process
Identify growth opportunities through market, customer, competitor, and portfolio analysis.
Support portfolio prioritization and resource allocation.
Lead and develop business metrics i.e. OKR, KPI, scorecard, etc. to determine key strategies and tracking to improve business performance and leverage the cluster dashboards.
Lead the implementation and optimization of commercial tools to drive operational efficiencies and effectiveness.
Drive commercial excellence and partner with cluster for SIP analysis and landing.
Strengthen the effectiveness and improve field force deployment across different channels and territories.
Executive dashboards & performance reporting
Forecast tracking
AI-enabled productivity & Digital transformation
Process simplification
Business Development (BD)/Pipeline/Alliance tracking:
Lead the identification, exploration, and execution of BD at local through partnering with commercial teams and other key stakeholders.
Lead the forecast the pipeline through cross functional partnership.
Effectively track the performance and evolution of alliances and partnerships

Required Education, Experience and Skills
Minimum 10 years relevant experience in multi-national companies in marketing & sales, commercial, both strategic and tactic perspectives.
Strong commercial experience within the Pharmaceutical Industry with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work well in a rapidly changing environment.
Proven project management skills, change management skills, including ability to inspire and motivate across teams to achieve organization and team objectives.
Finance or Business background
Strong communication skill in Thai and English at all levels.
Ability to establish productive relationships at all levels of the organization including Sales, Marketing / Digital Customer Engagement, Finance, Supply Chain, BT / Digital and Data Analytics, and external affairs, and other related departments at local, cluster, regional, and global level.
Strategic thinker to see big picture opportunities and translate them into actionable plans that will scale up as well as ensure the implementation at local level.
Skillful as a change agent who is able to influence stakeholders with new ideas and new ways of working effectively, and collaboratively.
