About the role
As our Recruiter, you’ll be a core member of the People team, responsible for attracting and hiring the Physical Therapists, Physical Therapy Assistants, and other team members who make our care possible. You’ll blend creativity with data, process with empathy, and strategy with hands-on execution. This is an opportunity to shape our hiring foundation, elevate our employer brand, and directly impact access to high-quality pelvic floor care across the United States. This role reports into our VP, People and is based remotely in the USA.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles across new and existing locations, including Physical Therapists, Clinical Directors, Clinic Receptionists, and key corporate roles.
- Build and execute creative sourcing strategies to fill hard-to-fill roles—going beyond inbound applicants to proactively engage diverse, high-quality talent.
- Partner closely with hiring managers, clinical leaders, and the People team to define role profiles, calibrate on candidate expectations, and drive aligned, efficient hiring processes.
- Represent Origin at industry conferences, career fairs, and networking events as needed to build brand awareness and attract top clinical and non-clinical talent.
- Leverage innovative recruiting technologies, sourcing tools, and industry-leading programs to expand reach, and drive a strong, diverse candidate pipeline
- Build and maintain pipelines for key clinical roles and expansion-market hiring while simultaneously managing targeted searches with tight deadlines.
- Track, analyze, and share key recruiting metrics to inform decisions, influence stakeholders, and continuously enhance hiring strategy.
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our values, mission, and commitment to equitable and compassionate care.
- Deliver an exceptional stakeholder experience by setting clear expectations, maintaining proactive communication, and guiding hiring partners through a structured, collaborative, and data-informed hiring process.

About you
- 2–5 years of recruiting experience; clinical healthcare recruiting experience is a significant plus.
- Demonstrated success recruiting for hard-to-fill or niche roles, using creativity, research, long-term relationship management, employer branding, and diversified sourcing channels.
- Skilled in high-volume pipeline building and targeted searches, with the ability to deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Strong experience with employer branding and crafting messaging that resonates with mission-driven talent.
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, guiding hiring decisions, and communicating expectations with clarity and confidence.
- Highly data-driven: you track funnel metrics, identify bottlenecks, and leverage insights to improve processes.
- Process-oriented with enthusiasm for automation, tools, and scalable recruiting operations.
- Deep commitment to candidate experience, inclusive hiring, and equitable, values-aligned interviewing practices.
- Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, embraces ambiguity, and is energized by building talent programs from the ground up.
Salary Range Transparency
This role is based remotely in the USA with an annualized base salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 plus bonus and equity.
